I find it highly suspicious that Trump blames Obama for this whilst saying nothing derogatory or negative about Putin’s part in this atrocious chemical attack! what the hell does Putin have to do to be criticized by Trump…. Kill one of Trumps own children?

    • Posted by JT91, at Reply

      What “part” did he play?

    • Posted by genie0390, at Reply

That’s right cover up for Hussein Obama and his redline in the sand. Hussein did not have the experience and knowledge to deal with the likes of Putin, a notorious former officer in the KGB. America was forged by events and people other than Kenyans and their descendants who never were involved in high level decision making and learning that comes from such a legacy

    Probably the rebels tbh…

Not all chemical weapons are the same. Sarin has a shell-life of five years maximum, and that’s only if you have pure precursor materials. Iraqi sarin had a shell-life of only a few weeks due to impure precursors for example. The point is, it’s coming from a sophisticated source; especially given the amount of it.

    • Posted by Naya M, at Reply

Brann Let me guess. You support the rebels because you’re a Sunni Muslim?

    • Posted by SubwayRatt, at Reply

+allmapepz apparently cenk got the memo from 4 years ago that the CIA death squads we’ve been hearing so much about had been responsible for the previous chemical attack as well as this one. 4 years ago he fell for it hook line and sinker but he is learning.

    • Posted by FishBayVI420H20, at Reply

@allmapepz – You started off saying “anybody that thinks that the Syrian government was behind this is not thinking clearly”….and then you said ” I’m not saying that he couldn’t have done this I don’t know”….

So you dont know, and you admit you dont know….So why are you still trying to pretend you know what youre talking about?

Trumptards making all kinds of excuses for their daddy. His rhetoric on the campaign trail is equivalent to the families and children he has killed since he became president.

This segment made me start hating John for the first time…
Were trying to overthrow the Syrian government… John is oblivious of this and it infuriates me.
Cenk is sitting there and its on the end of his tongue!
Look, its provable and admitted that the CIA and the FBI are funding and helping the “Rebels” AKA literal terrorists.
How hard is it to give them chemical weapons and have them set it off in a populated area and blame Assad?
Were not buying “We are the superior U.S and were going to remove your leaders from your country because we said so”
The US have overthrown, Assassinated and done more evil than any country on the planet right now.
Syria is a result of the empire not getting what they want and people are not buying it anymore.
Cenk is aware of this but wont say it out loud. Anyone that watches Cenk on “Old School” knows that he knows this.
John on the other hand has taken the kool-aid and downed it like Emma Watson’s piss (Johns in love with her)

Assad would have to be the dumbest man on the planet to have done this. It was proven that he was not responsible for the gassing in 2013. Even del Ponte said it was the rebels. And we are just supposed to accept that we know he did it not even 24 hours after it happened. This was a false flag done by the US backed terrorist rebels. We will not stop until Syria is destroyed and put into the hands of ISIS. Syria will end up like Libya Iraq Afghanistan and Yemen. Next on the list Iran

    • Posted by Aegix Drakan, at Reply

    • Posted by Juan Osorno, at Reply

They did want to elect Clinton, who had a terrible relationship with Russia, and was eager to go to war with them… so, you know, yeah, they did. Now Trump has changed his tune too, so it looks like we probably should’ve supported a 3rd Party, but nope, people are too caught up in this “sports team” mentality of Republicans vs. Democrats…

    • Posted by doomdavid101, at Reply

Puddin Just because Liberals don’t bow down to Putin like conservatards to, doesn’t mean we want war. Besides, Republicans are the ones who obsess over defense spending and absolutely adore their military industrial complex.

Leisure Muffin Yes rightfully so. After iraq, noone should be eager to start more wars.

    • Posted by jramir2, at Reply

Thats true, but it was because of this ground swell of protest directed at congress to not allow Obama to get involved. Both dems and republicans, where blasted by everyone for even thinking about getting involved in another war.

    • Posted by Stranger Happened, at Reply

      1. There is so far literally zero evidence that it was an “chemical attack”.
      2. The time was not “hours after”, it was the same time; there is a time zone difference.
      3. There is nothing “impossible” about terrorists having a chemical stash there; they are documented to use chemical weapons for years, and, unlike Syrian government, they never gave up those weapons;
      4. “Workshop” does not mean that there was a manufacturing of primary substance. “Workshop” means is when you put the chemical weapon substance into “hell cannon” gas bottles, for example.
      5. Hospital bombings claims by terrorists are endless. Only in Aleppo few months back they claimed over 20 hospitals were destroyed, even though in the area that they were occupying there only was like 3 hospitals to begin with.
      6. The claims that “gas was descending from the above” is ridiculous; sarin is a transparent gas.
      7. The chemical weapons that Assad gave up were destroyed, and the UN has confirmed it.
      8. As the investigation has shown, Assad did not use chemical weapons back in 2013. Al-Qaeda used Libyan chemical weapons, smuggled with the help of Turkey.
      9. Most importantly, why would Assad now all of sudden use chemical weapons? What his motives
would be? He is winning in the most fronts. This whole thing is used as a
provocation by terrorists for a regime change war.

By the way, wasn’t the U.S caught using depleted Uranium bombs in Syria and Iraq ?

    • Posted by I'm Amadeus, at Reply

Unspent rounds are “safe” to handle. Spent rounds from machine guns and tank guns fragment and release uranium particles into the air, which contaminates water and soil.

US servicemen and Afghan civilians are experiencing mind boggling amounts of cancer cases.

    • Posted by HerkimerSnerd, at Reply

Yeah, they still leave radioactive debris all through the environment. Take a Geiger counter through areas where DU rounds have been used.

    • Posted by Bruce Harding, at Reply

Rubbish. If it were up to liberals, soldiers would be sent to battle with wooden paddles to spank enemy combatants as they tell them not to be aggressive. Utterly divorced from reality of war.
