The problem with having a moronic potus is that trump has opened the floodgates for non-educated millions to vote for equal or worse morons. The USA as a whole is unable to see that regime change is vital in their own country when they see the need in others and start wars! With no mechanism to have a real [popular vote] democracy they also have no mechanism to oust utter failure [with cowardly critics]. We are way past any possibility of globally dealing with the changing climate and with Trump and what follows in office the USA has no damage limitation control possibility except for the very wealthy. With robots and computers to create wealth they do not care about the enslaved general population in any way. If the total failure of the USA capital/political system shows anything it proves that the illuminati – if there are such – have no power because the dumbed down education paradigm is deeply infecting decisions at the highest levels.

Of course Trump thinks global warming is a hoax created by the Chinese. He’s a hoax created by Putin and the subpar American education system.

I don’t understand. There must be a mistake in this. The report says the federal gov’t has spent more than $350 billion over the last decade (10 years). That is over $35 billion per year. So that would be over $35 billion per year. A later excerpt from the report says that the potential would be to bust $35 billion a year by 2050. Well it already has busted that from the earlier stats. So the later excerpt must be wrong. likely it should say busting “$350 billion a year by 2050”.

Is it expensive to combat climate change? With a doubt. But is it cheaper than doing nothing? 100% certain. It will be a lot more expensive, not just economical.

Cost of climate change in dollars? Are you nuts. It’s costing us our ecosystem. Just convert your dollar values to lives lost.
Humans are not the real cause of climate change. It is insane greed.

Fun fact: lots of politicians in China believed (still believe?) climate change is a hoax by the West to undermine their economy.
If you want to convince more people about the climate, be very clear that A) that doesn’t mean they are bad persons for contributing to it (we all are), and B) they won’t have to change their entire lifestyle, just take it as a factor when making decision.

More fake news, no such thing as climate change. Even if there were the only effective thing you could do to improve it would be get rid of a few billion people? How do you propose we accomplish that?
