Cops Accused Of Inappropriate Behavior At Warrantless Mass Search Of High School

Enjoyed the video ladies check these swimsuits out

A lawsuit has been submitted after a warrantless mass authorities search of a Georgia high school, the information of their alleged behavior will certainly disgust you. Ana Kasparian and also Grace Baldridge, the hosts of The Young Turks, simplify. Inform us exactly what you think in the remark section listed below.

Find out more below:

" Back in April, I blogged about a mass medication search of 900 Georgia high school pupils. The search was done without a warrant as well as based on suggestions from trainees who had been examined about a string of burglaries. Those trainees informed authorities there might be immoral medications at the school. It consisted of pat-downs and also medicine dog evaluations of bags, storage lockers as well as autos. All of it turned up absolutely nothing. It was the second such search in a month. Both were most likely mass offenses of the students' Fourth Amendment legal rights.

And now, a suit submitted on behalf of a number of trainees as well as seeking class-action standing for every one of them makes some even more disturbing allegations …" *.

    End the Drug War.

    • Posted by OutlawRebel117, at Reply

This wasn’t about drugs. Those pigs just wanted to feel teens up. If it was really about drugs they would’ve had a warrant and they would’ve only searched the lockers, backpacks and pockets.

    • Posted by Max Johnson, at Reply

OutlawRebel117 not about drugs? sounds like the war on drugs to me.

    So basically they molested kids.

my thoughts exactly! Molestation and general sexual assault

900 kids and not one had drugs? You’d think by sheer probability you’d get at least one

They should have searched the faculty, it probably would have yielded better results.

“I do not consent to any searches or seizures.” How to get a cop to back off if he so much as thinks about searching you, your possessions, or your car.
No warrant, no search. Learn to do your job properly.

    • Posted by Aaron Humphreys, at Reply

There are plenty of police that will still search you or your property even if you don’t consent.

“I do not consent” isn’t a set of magic words that suddenly make bad cops act like decent human beings.

    • Posted by Aaron Humphreys, at Reply

That’s small consolation. Suing requires huge sums of money (that most Americans don’t have) and requires a very large time investment to see a return usually.

That cop however can just go ahead and break the law without consequence the instant the whim strikes him/her. That’s a corrupt system.

    • Posted by Cows_n_Muffins, at Reply

+Aaron Humphreys If you have the evidence, such as video, even a public defendant can win that case and have the officer be punished by the court. You can still sue even if you are low on funds. Sure a time investment is needed, but with all the information on the internet, you could even represent yourself if you were so inclined with a few weeks of research.

the cops were touching girls breast and genitals through their underwear, partially exposed highschool girls breasts, touched highchool boys genitals and their butts through their pants. all of this without a warrant, you know in another case this would be considered pedophilia. and it turned up nothing. so a warrantless search that came up with nothing and the inappropriate touching of underage students, oh yeah those lawsuits are hot and ready

    • Posted by Glen Akers, at Reply

a warrant in this case is irrelevant. So long as someone in a position of authority, i.e. a principal acting “as a guardian in the role of a parent” or “in loco parentis” gives consent to the police, they have no need for a warrant. The principal is basically acting like the student’s parents. Now if I was a father would I be pretty upset about this search, yes provided I wasn’t notified beforehand or if I did not want my child to be subjected to a search and one was done anyways, but that’s what the lawsuit is trying to find out. Did the police go too far? Who agreed to the search, who didn’t but as for this comment, a warrant is unnecessary under the right circumstances.

    • Posted by Glen Akers, at Reply

ernstbtmn that’s my point is that theoretically, the police could’ve been called by the principal to come down and perform this search. The school could’ve even set out mass emails to parents to inform them of the possible search sometime in the next few days. Now we cannot say this with 100% certainty because at this point it’s only speculation and hearsay but considering the superintendent, not the principal, was against this we can surmise that the principal either agreed with or planned the search. I think this is the most likely case as the principal is much more involved with the day to day actions than the superintendent who is rarely there and has about 5 other schools to attend to as well.

Bankrupt that police dept. in lawsuits. Who needs them if they can’t do their jobs properly.

    • Posted by Darrel Sutterfield, at Reply

Tiger Team Delta Then they will just raise the taxes to pay for it. So it will hurt the poor not the police.

    • Posted by Tiger Team Delta, at Reply

Yep, but it’s got to start somewhere. Unfortunate, but necessary..

    • Posted by Darrel Sutterfield, at Reply

Tiger Team Delta So you want to take money away from poor and hard working people because the police did something wrong? So punishment for all regardless of innocence for the deeds of a few. Guessing your a big fan of 1930s European leaders.

Cops do no wrong to some people. You’re talking about the same people who let a cop off the hook after murdering a man on tape and planting evidence.

ya but he was black .. cop is white , just sayin

Before the free speech warriors can decide whether or not to defend the police and label this a part of the left’s war on our brave men and women of law enforcement or blame this on the big government authoritarian left creating a police state, they first need to know the dominant racial make-up of the kids at this school.

    • Posted by JustAHorrorShow, at Reply

42% white, 37% black, 14% hispanic, 4% asian, and 3% two or more races. White kids don’t make up the majority at this school.

If any of this is true, this needs to go FAR beyond a class action lawsuit, criminal charges need to be filed against police management for illegal search and sexual assault, potentially even the officers that acted under illegal orders (search without a warrant) to carry it out. This was extremely questionable when I thought they were just going to talk about the students bags being searched, but invasive physical search of the students?! A lawsuit should be the least of these cops worries, 900 counts of sexual assault should be what they face (1,800 if it’s true they did this once before).

    • Posted by Craig Gomez, at Reply

Amelia Bee Who said it was “legalized” moron? Did you listen to the story? There is a class action lawsuit pending because of the invasive manner of the search. Stupid people like you should be illegal.

    • Posted by Eon Flux, at Reply

Craig Gomez we all know what happens to cops on trial lol. paid vacations 😂😂

    • Posted by Amelia Bee, at Reply

Craig Gomez It states that if the school administration approves it, then it’s apparently kosher. And if you spend any time reading the comments there are multiple teens saying this has happened to their schools too, with no repercussions whatsoever for the police officers. Just because this department is getting sued doesn’t mean that the problem is limited to just this one district. It’s happening everywhere.

Maybe you should do something about that selective memory of yours. And your extreme rage issues, while we’re at it. To steal your own quote, perhaps people who spew extreme, disproportionate hatred at complete strangers over insignificant things should be illegal, instead.
