This is the budget that should have been done before Trump became president. It’s just a 5 month filler until he can have a budget all his own. Nothing to see here.

I gotta be honest, Trump is a legend and the greatest POTUS because he didn’t get impeached in his first 100 days even though he violated the Constitution plenty of times. He’s no doubt the first president in German history, I mean in American history, to be able to do such an unbelievable achievement. Wow!!! Respect to Trump.

    • Posted by KuroiUsagi, at Reply

It wouldn’t matter. Doing that would collapse the economy. Either way, the debt can’t be paid back. It’s impossible

I can’t wait for the “surprise” on May 10th (Cenk announced that with the words “Justice is coming”) which will likely be that Bernie endorses the Justice Democrats.

If Justice Democrats get a plurality of Democratic seats in 2018 (and especially then Dems will likely retake Congress), we can elect Tulsi Gabbard as Majority Leader. She got into Congress in 2012, has always been outspoken about her beliefs about for example non-intervention, is a veteran, hindu and obviously a woman. She’s the perfect candidate for president in 2020, since the fact that she’s a hindu and woman brings the SJWs on our side this time, and the fact that she’s a veteran gives her more legitimacy and also more votes because of the patriot factor. And no, she doesn’t take PAC-money from corporations https://www.opensecrets.org/politicians/summary.php?cid=N00033281

Then once she’s Majority Leader, she has a lot of publicity, as she would be the public figurehead of the Justice Democrat movement, who will then have just won Congress in a “surprising” (to the establishment and media, as well as much of the public) electoral victory. She’ll then propose one progressive legislation, with majority support of the American people, after the other, and hold rallies forcing establishment Dems to support them, too. Once the bills passed Congress, we’ll see them going to the Senate, where we might get a 50:50, or maybe even 51;49 if we’re lucky in 2018, so then we’ll see either the VP or the president veto legislation with majority support of the American people.

Each of those rallies, bills and vetoes will give her more and more publicity and legitimacy, and at the end of 2019, her name recognition will come close to Bernie’s.

Then the debates will begin where she’ll crush the establishment candidate, hammering home on the issues like inequality, universal healthcare, non-intervention, just like Bernie did.

Only there’s one huge difference between Bernie’s 2016 campaign and Tulsi’s 2020 campaign: This time, she’ll have the support of the most popular politician in the country early on, and she’ll also be quite well known and respected already, too. Bernie won 44.5% of the vote in 2016 (Hillary 55.5%), and nobody even knew who he was before the first debate, he got no big endorsements to speak of. Now imagine he had already had the support of ~44.5% of the Democratic base WHEN HE STARTED, and had already made a name for himself as Majority Leader, in an effort to reform the Democratic Party. He would have won the primaries with 55% or so.

My husband left his PhD program BECAUSE he was studying climate change with an NIH grant. The risk that his funding would drop with almost no warning was too high of a risk.

    • Posted by Rhyannon Ashford, at Reply

Oh he’s not trying to indicate climate change. He was verifying the invasion model. Scientists accept climate change’s affect on habitat change, they were just tracking speed and points of entry.

why is it a liberal thing, this is the problem with america, its not united. stop making it a two party issue. we have become two extremes.
trump doesn’t understand government, let alone presidency. stating the gov needs to focus on non internal matters, and not its people inside.
