Jason Chaffetz is comically bad at oversight. Cenk Uygur, Ana Kasparian, John Iadarola, and Jimmy Dore, hosts of The Young Turks, go over. Inform us just what you believe in the comment section listed below.

" Instead, Chaffetz currently locates himself burdened the responsibility of policing his own event's administration– rooting out disputes of passion, subjecting abuses of power, as well as usually causing frustrations for Head of state Trump. It's an uncomfortable as well as unpleasant job, and also one that he does not seem to appreciate. As one Utah politico put it to me, "In addition to Trump and also Clinton, no one's fortunes altered extra on presidential political election evening than Jason Chaffetz."

" He's currently abundant," Chaffetz claimed. "He's very rich. I don't assume that he ran for this office to line his pockets a lot more. I simply do not see it like that."

Exactly what regarding the current New York Times story about Jared Kushner's family discovering a $400 million handle a Chinese company while he acts as a diplomacy adviser to the president– was that deserving of examination?" *.

I’m pretty sure he has it backwards. ONLY rich people can be corrupt, because they’re the only ones with the opportunity for corruption.

Lol no poor people also get corrupt. acctualy even faster you know they need money.
and Journalist also like some small extra money for just publishing something with their name someone gave them.

+cshellsart _1 out of 10 have gotten black lung in WV_ Even 20 years ago when there were still 20,000 coal miners in WV, there were 1.8 million people in the state, meaning only 1.1% of the people in WV or 1/100 were coal miners. So how can 1/10 people have black lung? How can 10/100 have black lung when there are only 1/100 coal miners (who don’t all get black lung)? It’s pretty apparent you don’t know anything about the state or the local corruption. Why do you feel the need to lie to deny that all humans, poor and rich, are greedy and if there is an opportunity to take advantage of the system they will?

Kevin König definition of corruption is “dishonest or fraudulent conduct by those in power, typically bribery” poor people lack the power park so by definition they cannot.

welcome to the cuntry that tells every kid before theyre ousted into the shark eat shark crony capitalist world of America that they can be WHATEVER they want! you could be the president, an astronaut, anything. And yet they almost forget to tell us that to do that sort of thing, we also have to go thousands and thousands in debt just to get close to a position wed want, which from THERE wed have to move into and take over the positions of the corrupt and PROTECTED BY OTHER CORRUPTION. This cuntry is dirty, and almost calls for eradication imo. Russia, in the next couple years, its your time buddy

Anyone care to let me know when the 2nd American Revolution is happening? As as actual honest question: what will it take for the American people to take up arms against their corrpupt politicians and the corporations that run every aspect of your government? Isnt this the exact reason gun supporters love the second amendment? To stand up to oligarchs and tyrrants?

Just how dumb do they think the American people are, even their own voters should have no trouble seeing corruption this obvious.

    • Posted by Matthew Sarson, at Reply

Tao Ozkara I can sorta get why they would not wanna vote, having to choose between Trump or Clinton. Was like having to choose brexit or no brexit for us over here. The thing they have in common is either way you get screwed over 🙁 but yeah they should have bothered to vote to oppose this guy.

    • Posted by Matthew Sarson, at Reply

    • Posted by ブロンディブラック, at Reply

Matthew Sarson I don’t know. People have shown themselves to be extremely dumb. Trump is *still* President, after all.

    • Posted by Tao Ozkara, at Reply

All of you are correct in my opinion – There are a lot of truly idiotic people who don’t know anything about civics, history or civil rights who were willing to vote against their economic interests to further the aims of their prejudices. The powers that be in either party are determined to shove unpopular and/or unqualified candidates down our throats meaning to demoralize voters even though their candidates are supposed to represent the best this country has to offer, and people frittered away their votes to ‘protest’ not seeming to realize that thosein power give no fucks and count it as a win for their side. Clinton should not have been run, she is unpopular and that will not change and she was too arrogant or envious to select Sanders as her running mate. The Trumps are morons who are categorically unqualified for any job anywhere, hence the reeking pool of nepotism that haunts that ill-conceived family like the ghost of a conscience, yet they seem to believe they have been elected as monarchs via landslide from uneducated peasants. Personally, I will never forgive the Clintons for doing nothing at all during the Rwandan genocide, but there is no equivalency in corruption between Clinton and Trump – to pretend such is more idiocy.

The Democrats do not do the same thing when they are in charge. There is no way they would have had nine investigations on Benghazi if the situation had been reversed. In fact, I don’t think there would have been one investigation. And the overblown email nonsense. Colin Powell had info. on a much less secure email account, it was hacked, he admitted trying to avoid disclosure, and he didn’t turn over even one email upon request. Not one. But no nothing. Hillary literally could barely use a computer, she asked Powell for advice and didn’t follow the bad advice he did give. She destroyed devices after using them per protocol, yet that talking point is still raised. She did not turn over private emails, as was the protocol and that attack is still raised. Oh but she had a private server! Better than Powell’s AOL account by a mile. It was a nothing burger. An invented scandal. I absolutely believe that if they parties were reversed the odds of the Democrats holding hearings on say Powell, if he ran for president, on his email situation (when he actually did not turn over his emails per request) is near zero. He also did not have the FBI investigating him until Hillary was investigated and he was caught in the strike zone.

A book could be written on this topic. Bottom line, the Democrats are of course politically biased, but within norms, and the Republicans are only political beyond shame of hypocrisy, beyond ethical constraints, and only to advance their cause.

    • Posted by Art of Wisdom, at Reply

Cannot agree more… Even at their slackest moment Democrat leaders are still doing their public servant jobs. Republicans have stretched and used up all moral decency and ethics quota this season, beyond redemption. It is scary when the right wing war hawks are the ones trying to hold together some semblance of law and order on their side… insanity…
