" Attorney general Jeff Sessions took part in highly controversial statement before the Us senate Knowledge Committee on Tuesday, with Democrats pushing him on his conversations with President Trump related to the investigation of Russian meddling in the 2016 political election. He called any idea that he conspired with Russians throughout the election an "terrible" lie. "Please, associates, hear me on this," he claimed.

– Mr. Procedure said he would not discuss his straight conversations with Mr. Trump, saying, that "constant with historical Division of Justice technique, I could not and will not break my obligation to safeguard confidential communications with the president."

– Senator Richard M. Burr, Republican politician of North Carolina and the chairman of the board, said Mr. Sessions's testimony was his possibility to "separate reality from fiction."

"The truth is that you did without a doubt have interactions with Russian government officials during the program of the campaign," Mr. Detector stated." *.

He can’t say no, to the yes or no questions. Think about it, if he did he’d get in trouble with Trump. If he didn’t and said yes, he would be lying. So he’s basically admitting guilt whenever he stonewalls, instead of saying what he’s talking about is classified.

Executive privilege goes into effect when it’s asserted. If you didn’t need to assert it to not reveal information, then they wouldn’t have it in the first place – the *default* would be that you can’t talk about presidential conversations, and that the president would have to actively *waive* the privilege. However, the default is that you *can* talk about it, unless the president waives the privilege. The fact that Sessions was trying to have it both ways (not having to talk AND not having to go through the bad publicity of asserting executive privilege).

Jamie Cox Republicans can end all these meetings. They have the votes. Why don’t they? Answer: They don’t want Trump either. Just like the Democraps didnt want Bernie. At least the Orange man is grabbing their pussies on both parties. Hell, I dont care if nothing gets done. As long as Trump keeps feeding them his Orange doo doo it will be entertaining.

Michael 마익흘 Aronson Exactly. You can’t just say “we have no evidence, so we need an investigation”. I have just as much evidence you committed a murder as the senate committee has on this whole trial. Without any evidence or proof, a theory turns into a conspiracy theory. And if Comey claimed Trump committed a crime during the closed session, Trump would immediately be brought in to testify. You’re really just grasping at straws.

    • Posted by Michael 마익흘 Aronson, at Reply

“You can’t just say “we have no evidence, so we need an investigation”.”

I didn’t say that, in fact.

“I have just as much evidence you committed a murder as the senate committee has on this whole trial”

Again, you are not privy to the information they have, or the information the FBI has. Your logic is “I don’t have the information, therefore no one does.” Perhaps you forget that you are nobody, and they are the Senate and the FBI.

    • Posted by Michael 마익흘 Aronson, at Reply

“Without any evidence or proof, a theory turns into a conspiracy theory.”

No, you still fail to understand what the word “conspiracy” means.

    • Posted by Michael 마익흘 Aronson, at Reply

: the act of conspiring together They were accused of conspiracy to commit murder.
      : an agreement among conspirators

You need more than one person involved to have a conspiracy.

A theory, in layman’s terms (not scientific) requires no proof or evidence. If you have proof or evidence, then it’s a fact, not a theory.

      Learn English.
