I’d be far more inclined to give McNair the benefit of the doubt if he had used the common phrase most people use, which is “inmates running the asylum”, but he didn’t, and I’ve never heard anyone use “inmates running the prison” instead…..

Respect to them if they do that or even start a new team aswell and become filthy rich. But they rather be happy with a fake apology and thats why I dont respect them or support them.

He paraphrased, he wanted to say, “can’t have the slaves running the plantation.”

I don’t see why the African American players just don’t start their own League? They bring all the value to the game, without them there is no game. They should organize and take over, run it themselves.

Amen. Let’s see what happens should that happen.

If all Black players left the NFL, the company would crumble. I would be careful if I was a NFL owner…

How would this fat white duck make any money if not off of the backs of the athletes that bring the fans in to the games.  Put the idiot into pads and watch him get destroyed.

McNair: “Whoops! I’m sorry. I didn’t mean we can’t let the inmates run the prison. What I meant to say was we can’t let the mental patients run the asylum.
    There! Is that better???? No?!
How about we can’t let the slaves run the plantation. There! Nailed it.”

Why not! We have the inmates running the country and disgracing our nation. Trump is butt hurt on this issue because it is the only thing he is willing to do to show patriotism. Trump dodged Viet Nam, criticized a POW of 6 years and insults widows of fallen soldiers. Trump is a phony flagwaving puke just like all his other bad qualities. Trump is the ultimate example of hidden racism that is still thriving in the U.S.

They should’ve protest the money patriotism then, now they have to stand for the national anthem, and the flag…in order for our children to learn what is like to be patriotic to this great nation.
