Learn more here:

" Authorities and also prosecutors ask us not to rush to judgment about a second series of authorities body camera video clips that raise questions about officers growing medicines during a search. Penalty. However it absolutely looks dubious, as well as it strengthens worries raised by the Department of Justice's report right into the Baltimore authorities's conduct a year ago.

The public picked up from the initial suspicious video launched this summer that Baltimore's body video cameras are constantly videotaping a brief loop of footage also when they're turned off, to make sure that when a policeman activates the video camera, the tool preserves the previous 30 seconds of tape, though with no audio. That's why we had the ability to see Policeman Richard Pinheiro appear to position a baggie of drugs in a soup could in an alley, walk back to the edge, transform his camera on, stroll back and also "discover" the medicines. And it's part of exactly what makes the new series of videos that came to light this week so questionable.

In the brand-new situation, police stopped a cars and truck on Nov. 29, 2016, after seeing exactly what they believe to have actually been a medication deal. Cops said they smelled marijuana in the auto and initiated a search. At regarding 11:51 p.m., according to a time stamp on the video clip, one policeman is seen completely looking the location around the motorist's seat. He takes out the flooring mat, runs his hands in between the cushions, radiates his flashlight under as well as around the seat and also, after a min of looking, finds nothing." *.

Do you know who makes you 13% (not 5) of the population and 47% of the wrongfully convicted/ exonerated prisoners? I’ll give you a hint, it ain’t white kids.

I think cops who are proven to have planted drugs should be given the maximum sentence their intended victim would have gotten. Maybe this would disincentivize this abhorrent behaviour and make them think twice about doing it.

    • Posted by James Allen, at Reply

      I Agree

    • Posted by peter, at Reply

      More than that.
Suppose the maximum penalty was a month in jail: the cop should get whatever penalty someone would get for locking someone in their basement for a month.
Suppose a month’s imprisonment costs 10,000k, Add whatever sentence someone would get for destroying 10,000k of government property.

    • Posted by Thomas Kilmer, at Reply

Honestly it should be that sentence plus some.

But the trolls would always say that TYT are anti cop and are the ones inciting violence to cops blah blah. No, Cops are out of control and are practicing things that minorites have accused them of for years. And I bet that B!tch Devon Tracey AKA Aut!sm is Unstoppable wont have anything to say about this. What a coward

Cops are the biggest gang/terrorist group in amerikkka. They’re the blue klux klan

    • Posted by The Phantom Thieves of Hearts, at Reply

How? When they only kill about 900 people on average?

    • Posted by Jamal Lasha, at Reply

They are the clan, the knights of the White Camellia took over the ranks of the Slave Patrol disguised as a serve and protect entity long long ago bro.

they are merely a gang of road pirates who operate through means of coercion and violence to justify their existence.

Even the supreme court ruled that their job is too enforce the law not protect the citizenry.

“We knew we couldn’t make it illegal to be either against the war or black, but by getting the public to associate the hippies with marijuana and blacks with heroin. And then criminalizing both heavily, we could disrupt those communities,” Ehrlichman said. *_”We could arrest their leaders. raid their homes, break up their meetings, and vilify them night after night on the evening news. Did we know we were lying about the drugs? OF COURSE WE DID.”_*

Yup, that’s how the “war on blacks” I mean the war on drugs got started. Nixon stated that if we can just lock em all up (blacks) then we won’t have to please them as our constituents. Since they will be felons for life and their right to vote taken away. Nixons’ administration was one of the worse in history.

Funny I keep hearing about black crime stats, well if blacks are legitimately committing so much crime, why do criminal police feel the need to frame black ppl right…seems redundant.

I wonder how bloated those crime stats are….

    • Posted by Lavia, at Reply

Not only that, but they are over policed in comparison. I wonder if you police a group more heavily if you are going to find more crime….

Why the hell are there quotas in the first place? Seems like a no-brainer that such a thing completely shifts the focus away from proper law enforcement. They’re supposed to protect and serve the people and uphold the law, not maximize revenue from tickets. That’s the damn problem with every sector of our society. Prisons, Police, Education, Healthcare, and on and on have all become about making money rather than their original purpose and that original purpose is disgracefully falling by the wayside as a result.

    • Posted by PJB Rown, at Reply

Johnzilla87 I would eliminate quotas, period.

What i wonder about is this; why the heck is so many cops just carrying drugs around?

    • Posted by plasticfrank, at Reply

I know right. A kid caught carrying a little extra weed get prosecuted for intent to distribute regardless of wether or not it’s true. These assholes have drugs on them at all times? They’re breaking more laws than the kids they’re persecuting. Why people who are paid with tax dollars to be a pillar of the community are held to a lower standard than teenagers is beyond me.

Oh that’s simple, it to plant it on young blacks, Latinos and the occasional poor white guy that pissed them off just enough. They don’t even try to hide it,

I brought by little cousins and sister (4 to total) to Six Flags along with a cousin who’s the same age as me to help watch them. We drove my mothers new Lexus, on our way back I was tired and my cousin offered to drive, surprise of all surprises we were pulled over (oh did I mention my cousin is a young black male). The officer was rude and loud he asked how fast we were going and I gave him the exact speed, because I mother installed a digital box that records the average speed and I total him as much. When I spoke up he shined the light on me and the backseat realizing how many kids were in the vehicle. He started speaking quieter finally asking for license and registration my cousin gave him his and I told him the vehicle was my mothers and that my name was list on her insurance the I telegraphed everything as I got my license from the glasses holder. He puffed his chest and demanded I drive (despite nothing being wrong with my cousins license and the insurance covering other drivers) but I wasn’t going to argue at that point he watched us get out and switch places when I went to the drivers side and was close enough I smelled the musky scent of marijuana, fresh and unburnt. He must have realized what i noticed and told us to get going. I have no doubt that if he was alone he would have been arrested.

All cops are gutless, corrupt scum. The so called honest cops that stand silently by are just as corrupt & the upper management cops came up through a corrupt system & will stand by the corrupt lying racist cops every time. You know it, we all know it!

    • Posted by KING JACOB, at Reply

Dave Gallagher What about citizens that don’t report crimes?

    • Posted by eddy ngaue, at Reply

Not true. All cops aren’t cowards. Cops testify against cops and then are rewarded with no promotion. Fact of the matter is power corrupts.

    • Posted by Dave Gallagher, at Reply

Just as corrupt, afraid of repercussion, the system protects the corrupt & persecutes the honest. Just take a look at the judicial system!

    • Posted by Dave Gallagher, at Reply

I have many relatives that are cops & prison guards, they are the most disgusting, racist humans I know & I have dis-owned them!

    • Posted by eddy ngaue, at Reply

You’re grouping people up based on a few’s actions. Judge those with evidence against them. Look in the mirror and ask yourself, “should i be held accountable for other people’s action just because we share the same hairstyle, live in the same area, dress similar, talk similar, look similar, work in the same field even?”

    • Posted by bloodraighna, at Reply

yeah I can’t find any source where he says that. He does, however say in a short video about Police brutality that “if you want to tackle this thing on a systematic level, crime rates have to go down”. I’m not for Ben Shapiro, but spreading inaccurate information about him doesn’t help your case at all.

    • Posted by Adrian K, at Reply

he will usually say something like “it exists on an individual level”, in which case it must be addressed as so, but to say that its a cultural thing and its built into the system is silly.
