Report Promotion
Inning accordance with The New York City Times, a much-ballyhooed secret memo written by three Republican legislators takes goal at Deputy Attorney General Rod J. Rosenstein, that reportedly "authorized an application to expand surveillance of a former Trump campaign affiliate quickly after taking workplace last springtime."

While talking with CNN's John Berman on Monday, Rangappa clarified why the memo was "deceptive" at best.

" This is specifically an instance of exactly how this memorandum is unreliable as well as deceptive," Rangappa said. "Replacement Attorney General Rosenstein really doesn't have the authority to extend any kind of type of surveillance in all. The Division of Justice needs to go into a FISA court and request an expansion of any kind of security that's recurring."

" The best choice on that would certainly be made by a court," she mentioned. "When there is monitoring on an U.S. individual, the Department of Justice needs to go in every 90 days as well as show the court that they are obtaining important international knowledge info in order for that security to be prolonged."

ranger1000 – So, why did stupid Junior meet with Russia’s top computer hacker in the now infamous collusion party at Trump Tower? Oh I forgot. It was about baby adoptions. You see, that’s the it was about baby adoptions. I didn’t put you in that category, you did.

adampincente209 – They didn’t tell you at the real fake news, Fox. Papadopoulos started this whole investigation by getting drunk and telling an Australian agent that they were getting Clinton’s emails from the Russians. This was long before any of that other crap happened. It was the Australians that informed the FBI. Turns out, Papadopoulos wasn’t just a coffee boy.

What these Trumptards don’t get is that the wiretapping started with tapping russian agents, that’s how they came across Page. And since he was communicating with Russian spies, they then started to wire tap him. Tthe FBI didn’t just pick Page out of a phone book and begin wire tapping. They couldn’t get a warrant without evidence he was doing something illegal. That’s how warrants work.

    • Posted by Jack Daniel, at Reply

What people question is what exactly is the evidence that was used to get the warrant.

    • Posted by Aaron B, at Reply

Jack, you can question that all you want, its classified intelligence. No matter what the memo does or doesn’t say there is no possible way to back up any claims without Top Secret clearance and no way to verify any information contained in the memo without it being released to the FBI.

I bet if Trump is found guilty of money laundering there will still be people that says fake news. Trump is a dirty businessman and Trump University should be clear proof. The man has been doing dirt for years. If the law prevails the government will seize all of his properties and he will be broke and in jail.

    • Posted by MANTLE, at Reply

    • Posted by pickled onion monster munch, at Reply

so we have now moved on to money laundering?.
i thought it was definitely collusion. then i thought it was obstruction. but all this time it was actually money laundering.
next week no doubt we will actually find out it was a dui whilst on a tricycle going 10mph over the speed limit.

*Facts:* A wrongful termination suit after this Complainant had been repeatedly told his work:
(From the fools who were stupid enough to include this in their “lawsuit”)
“wasn’t up to professional standards” “unoriginal” and “unworthy of publishing”
[he is] “unable to complete assignments on time” rather than “waiting until the last minute.” “late submission”
“insubordination” reprimanded for being “insubordinate” and for “missing” deadlines. *Nice try*

Ahh so Cenk thinks the FISA courts are legit now… the same FISA courts that approved warrants that allowed the NSA to collect info onnall Americans….

    • Posted by Path Evermore, at Reply

a surprising lack of nuanced thought for someone named nuance bro.

    • Posted by Nuance Bro, at Reply

      Path Evermore care to elaborate?

    • Posted by Path Evermore, at Reply

yeah. assuming that acknowledging that FISA courts are apart of the story is the same as “thinking FISA courts are legit” is the stellar opposite of nuance.
