A Russian giant army attempted to stir racial tensions during the 2016 political election by pushing black 'War On Christmas' goods. Cenk Uygur and Ana Kasparian, the hosts of The Young Turks, break it down. Inform us just what you assume in the remark area listed below. Sign up with TYT:

" A web site organized by Russia's "giant farm" in St. Petersburg tried to press an African-American boycott of Christmas with articles as well as a line of typo-ridden merchandise last year.

BlackMattersUS, which independent Russian media outlet RBC identified as one of one of the most prominent web sites and also troll accounts operated from the Kremlin-backed Internet Research study Company, pushed Tees imploring its customers to "Claim no! To ho-ho-ho," alongside a photo of a candy walking cane.

As representatives from Facebook, Twitter, and Google this week are set to indicate before Senate and Home Boards on Russian interference in the 2016 political election, BlackMattersUS' tone-deaf initiatives to release a boycott while posing as African-Americans reveals the sizes the giant farm would certainly go to attempt– and also occasionally fail– to plant racial disharmony in the U.S

. The shirts are usually ridiculous as well as loaded with phrases that do not make good sense. One t-shirt, sold by the UNITED STATE tee shirt printing firm Represent on BlackMattersUS' customized Christmas-themed shop, reads "Precious Cops, Don't Fire– SUCK." The phrase includes 2 candy canes and a Christmas ornament."

The thing is… you’re giving your credit card info to Russian trolls… via Facebook.. They can hack FB.. You’re giving money to a government who wants to end your ability to wear such freedom of expression material. So. don ‘t buy them! If you want a Tshirt.. just buy a fabric emblem making machine.. and make your own! 😉

You can criticize TYT, BLM, liberals, etc for whatever. But if you are for Trump at this point, you are no longer redeemable as a human being.

Christmas is the real holiday that started the war. It invaded Thanksgiving and slowly made it’s way across to Halloween. Next thing you know Easter with make a preemptive strike on New Years Eve and we’ll be at war!

in my opinion, the target for this “black matters”paraphernalia wasn’t black people, but rather intended for whites to mock blacks

We don’t need the Russians to tell us about police brutality or racism within police policy.

The Russians have been doing this to other countries way before 2016, especially their neighbors. Just ask the Finnish. Now that they’re done practicing their tactics there, they’re trying their hands on their biggest rival, the US.

Same with Sweden (trying to blow the immigration issues out of proportions) and Poland (same tactics, but to make it worse, Poland ended up with a corrupted government with Trump-level idiocy and disastrous consequences: they barely hang on there and by now lost all credibility in the European Union.)

In a country where the electorate are informed and are capable of critical thinking, this would be laughable, but it is not.

I don’t think they’re “perfectly innocent”, but they’re just as innocent as Fox News, they’re trying to tear you apart, and they’re doing a way better job than these clowns with the christmas t-shirts

At this point one has to doubt most inflammatory negative comments on YouTube political videos…by default probably some lower than minimum wage clueless Russian sitting behind his/her desk for 12 hours writing commentary…GOALS people! Truly people who are winning 🙁

They didn’t care if they sold it, and they weren’t marketing it to black Americans. The Russian trolls are trying to make WHITE Americans riled up, especially white, conservative Americans. The trolls created a fake store that looked like it was linked to Black Lives Matters and made it look as if BLM and Black Americans were promoting violence and a race war. The trolls wanted conservative Americans to let their racist fears take over and strike back preemptively.

EnderZ13 exactly. It is designed to anger racist white people

Im aware that “Black Americans” actually appeal to everyone. This is as an American INGENERAL actually seems like some buisness agenda that is being outlined to be pushed an this is what isolates and targets causing the wrong attention

BlackmattersUS is too oafishly unsophisticated to be anything but CIA psyops. You’ve been hornswoggled by yet another false flag.
