Trump doesn't seem also stressed concerning potential Russian security of the Oval Workplace. Weird. Cenk Uygur, host of The Young Turks, breaks it down. Tell us exactly what you believe in the comment section below.

" A professional photographer for a Russian state-owned news agency was permitted right into the Oval Workplace on Wednesday throughout President Trump's conference with Russian diplomats, a level of access that was slammed by former U.S. intelligence officials as a potential safety and security violation.

The officials cited the threat that a listening tool or various other monitoring equipment could have been brought right into the Oval Office while concealed in cameras or various other electronics. Previous UNITED STATE intelligence officials raised questions after pictures of Trump's meeting with Russian Foreign Priest Sergei Lavrov were published on the internet by the Tass information firm.

Among those talking about the issue was former deputy CIA director David S. Cohen. Responding to a concern posed on-line about whether it was a sound choice to permit the digital photographer into the Oval Office, Cohen replied on Twitter: "No it was not." He decreased to elaborate when gotten to by phone." *.

who else thinks Ronald Reagan is rolling over in his grave with how cozy his party has gotten with Russia?

    • Posted by Rspsand07, at Reply

Putin was not “head of the KGB” he was just in the KGB (which anyone who could get in, would. You got special stores that were fully stocked with anything you wanted, you could get a car with a lease for your entire life interest free, the chance to travel, etc, there ain’t no one with half a brain that ever turned down a spot) and he resigned before the Union ended to join the people overthrowing the communists. The KPRF is the communist party, and Putin’s party beats them every election. If he was a commie, he’d join them, and they’d win.

    • Posted by TaikaApina, at Reply

Graham Campbell Russians used to be governed by a communist party yes but Soviet Union was as much communist as Democratic Peoples Republic of North Korea is democratic. Just because a state claims to govern with certain principles doesn’t mean that they actually do. Economic structure of Soviet Union was based on state capitalism. Where the state took over the production. This was supposed to be the transition phase between capitalism and communism but they never moved on from state capitalism. No country so far has been able to make that change from state capitalism to communism. I actually doubt we will ever see communist economies. I just don’t see it working no matter how noble of an idea it is. Getting rid of the state and money just sounds infeasible to me. I think co-ops are going to be the future of economies. So rather than the current hierarchical capitalist structures we would have a democratic socialist workplace structures as the norm. I’m sure the owner class will fight against this but they are the minority so we’ll see what happens.

rouge1ful :: Oh please, Trump is not nearly half as bad as that dirty, nasty, corrupted, Ronell Reagan. *CRIMES OF REGAN*: -secret selling bombs & missiles illegally to our enemy the Iranian’s, his 1st month in office that they now use to kill American solders. -giving our tax money w/o congress approval, to support a known terrorist group in South America that killed thousands of local women & children. -when congress found out & cut funds to Reagan pet-project terrorist militia; he then raised monies by allowing military contractors to run secret-ops from basement of White House “CIA plane, cocaine fm Colombia to black USA neighborhoods. Proceeds then bought guns, grenades, & food for transport back to terrorists”. 30 years later USA neighborhoods still not recovered for that devastation. Only governor in history to order police to shoot College student protestors. I’ll stop here because it is too disgusting to continue. Pleeeese learn your history. It it tar with the blood of the innocent minorities

sean fast The whole point of the email scandal was that she potentially compromised national security. She had an open server with classified material in the emails, in her house, then attempted to wipe the emails. That’s fact, the Trump-Russia thing so far is conjecture. Also, you support TYT. And I’M pathetic.

Let us not forget that when his term is over, he’ll continue to receive top-secret briefings until he dies. Does anyone really think that info will be safe in his hands?

    • Posted by D'antoinette M, at Reply

Well, at least we know he won’t read it.

    • Posted by Clifford Yuen, at Reply

Michael Murphy Right, it was potentially compromised national security.Β  Same as how Trump is currently potentially compromising national security by allowing foreign government into the oval office.Β  In this case, if they had/have bugged the Oval Office, it will compromise FUTURE presidents sitting in that office.Β  In the email case, it would have only compromise past operation.Β  Seems like a huge difference.Β  The question is how sophisticated the bugs are, if there are bugs.Β  If it is too sophisticated, we may have toΒ tear down the entire White House and rebuild from scratch because we do not know if they only bugged the Oval Office or more.Β  It’s about seeing more than what’s in front of you.Β  As a politician and/or business owner, you have to look at the possible outcomes in the future.
