So, minors are arrested for an adult sending pornography to a stranger?
Let them go. This is the adult’s fault…. gay or not.

Trollop 7 the Teacher thought he was communicating with an adult. How would he have known it was one of his student. Your comment makes no damn sense.

      Allow me to explain.
A person who never sends pics of their junk to strangers on the net could never have fallen into this trap, and so the problem would never have arisen.
Moral: don’t send pictures of your junk to strangers on the net.

    • Posted by Keith Demons, at Reply

Agreed. There is not reasonable expectation of privacy when you’re sending nudes to STRANGERS.
However… I have sympathy for people who’s nudes they sent to their spouse get released. There is a reasonable expectation of privacy.

One might desire privacy, though I’m not sure how reasonable it is to expect it when even banks are hacked on a fairly regular basis.

Now students are preying sexually on teachers. Welcome to Trump’s America. What can we expect when our POTUS sexualized his own daughters , raped his wife and shoved his fingers in women’s vaginas without their consent. Is there any surprise that Mike Tyson, Bill Cosby and Caitlyn Jenner support Trump?

It says here that the teacher who was tricked into sending his junk pics was a peanut allergist. Welcome back to Trump’s America.

    • Posted by Megan Schmidt, at Reply

+james smith I doubt she’d make that up. Why wouldn’t you recant when someone far more well known and powerful than you could destroy your reputation. It’s not as simple as you’re making it out to be, if she stuck with that, there are ways to damage her and it doesn’t have to be physically. Perhaps you’re not aware that victims of some sort of abuse will often report an incident, than take it back even though what they claim happened and won’t proceed with charges. There are many reasons people take back claims of abuse, it happens every day with far less powerful people.

2:10 — Kim’s wrong, here, saying they’re “inappropriate” pictures. It’s not my deal, but how is a 35 year old who thinks he’s sending pictures to another 35 year old “inappropriate”? –And who cares if kids snicker? You win a Nobel Prize and kids will snicker.

    • Posted by Noize Tank, at Reply

I don’t think that’s what she’s calling inappropriate. What’s inappropriate is the kids asking for those pictures.

Strange they don’t arrest the cops impersonating 12 year olds when they trick men into sending them pictures.

    • Posted by Robert Slackware, at Reply

I won’t. no telling what sort of diseases they have.

    • Posted by Spotted Purple, at Reply

Robert Slackware because it’s illegal to send naked photos to twelve year olds

There’s nothing wrong with it if you’re both consenting adults because there’s less of a power imbalance.

    • Posted by Ameranthe Kekistani, at Reply

+Spotted Purple yeah but it’s the mens rea actus reus or whatever it is. With the cops pretending to be 12, you haven’t actually solicited anything from a 12 year old even if you intended to. I think it’s bullshit that they are allowed to do that.

    • Posted by Robert Slackware, at Reply

  13. Posted by teitake, at Reply

Whether the students knew it was their teacher or that if they would find their teachers on Grinder, the simple fact that they posed as a 35-year-old man clearly shows their malintent. Disguising oneself and deceiving others is in of itself a manifestation of malintent.

teitake every chick lies on their profiles, every chick i have ever met online is like 10 to 25kg heavier then their profile saus and there picture shows.

    • Posted by Anand Shridhar, at Reply

Not really many young gay men who are not confident use pictures of adults to hide their identity cause they are not out of the closet or are not ready to open up about their sexuality to their schoolmates

    • Posted by teitake, at Reply

I don’t think small lies to make oneself look a little better constitute as malice because the people do not do so with intention of causing others harm. On the other hand, these two students, together, created a single profile with 20 years of age gap. I don’t think people who intend to seek a genuine relationship conspire to create such a profile with a friend. These obvious and outrageous lies are used by con artists to exploit others. And the intention of exploiting others would constitute as malice.

    • Posted by Hoerkelis, at Reply

teitake “small lies” if a Ana didn’t tell her husband that she got a nose job, they might get children with a huge hook nose! Heaving ugly children is worse than heaving your nudes leaked by the minors you sent them to…

    • Posted by teitake, at Reply

Those teens are closet homos. Why in the world if you’re going to violate a teacher’s privacy like would you choose a male teacher. In a 1000 years the thought would’ve never crossed my mind to create a fake account to try to score nekkids from my female teacher. In a million years… or more like never would it crossed my mind to try to get them from a male teacher.

The kids should be arrested. Suspended and moved to another classroom. The teacher should be able to keep his job. The teacher did nothing wrong. So that being said the teacher shouldn’t have to change his life. I don’t think the students should be punished as far as having to register as sex offenders. I do feel they should receive a punishment stated above.

The bigger question…why would you send naked photos of yourself to a “person” you’ve obviously NEVER met?!

    • Posted by Keith Demons, at Reply

Sorry, bruh. dude could have worn jeans and been topless or posted himself in a speedo and they get to see 98% of what they’re after.
It’s unreasonable to expect privacy when you give your nudes to strangers.
These kids will be let go, parents will sue and win.

    • Posted by JimijaymesGuitarist, at Reply

He could of and it would of been smarter doesnt make it any less illegal of the students. Thats like saying shops that have groceries outside of the security gates are at fault if people steal.

    • Posted by JimijaymesGuitarist, at Reply

I agree, but lots of people still do it in nearly all the dating apps although it seems more common on the apps intended for gay males. Catfish is a great example of people impersonating and while at times the show format can be annoying (once they added graphics all the time and have heaps of shots of them holding cameras they dont seem to use) the stories are somewhat interest. I am skeptic and don’t trust people so I would never do that although I am not really bothered by public appearences of anything I deem appropriate (such as me commenting on videos and making videos). If you don’t want your parents/coworkers/boss/friends seeing it, then don’t post it anywhere don’t even back it up to the cloud, thats my view anyway but I completely understand the people that don’t share that few and still sympathize with them when trust is broken. Fraud doesn’t just exist on the internet, it is just easier to commit it online.
