It's not as negative as requesting a commitment promise but its close. Cenk Uygur as well as John Iadarola, the hosts of The Young Turks, discuss. Inform us exactly what you assume in the remark area listed below.

Read more below:

" Rep. Mike Quigley (D-IL) stated on Wednesday that he believes Home Knowledge Board Chairman Devin Nunes (R-CA) has actually been conspiring with the White Home for months to threaten the Russia investigation.

According to records, Quigley faced Nunes at a closed-door conference this week concerning creating a memorandum that apparently intends to challenge an examination into Russia's disturbance in the 2016 U.S. political election. Nunes supposedly refused to refute that he had actually worked with the White Home to write the memo.

During a meeting with CNN's Brianna Keilar, Quigley recalled that Nunes had actually also been captured conspiring with the White Home to threaten the Russia investigation in 2015.

" So, hi there, why not ask him the same questions concerning this memorandum?" Quigley explained. "I asked the chairman did he deal with [the White Home]– coordinate, talk about– and he claimed, 'Not to my knowledge.' And also I asked him, did your team? Then he ended up being quite agitated as well as stated, 'I'm not answering that.'".

" I fully think that Chairman Nunes has not altered his techniques," he continued. "He started this investigation as a subsidiary of the White Home, as someone who was collaborating with them instead of being an independent investigator.".

Chris Deleon Mussolini? Something like that, yeah.

If you do look at the death date of Mussolini and Trump’s birth year, they’re suspiciously close. Makes reincarnation sound all the more real.

Y2K I’m a little rusty on my history but I remember his death being pretty gruesome

    • Posted by Barry Kaine, at Reply

Chris DeLeon+ He was tried, then shot, then his body was taken to Milan, where it was hung upside down along with other fascists. The townspeople did mutilate the corpse, which, after it was buried, was robbed from the grave, and later recovered and returned to his widow.

Do you need any more proof that they are conspiring to obstruct justice? They are desperatly trying to make this go away. Smells more like guilt every day.

Yes. Could it be that he’s so insecure that he puts up this bravado to convince others, and especially himself, that he isn’t insecure? Could it be that this person, whom youse hate with such passion, is actually a human being? (Note: this is one of the notions which I inferred from reading “Fire & Fury”.)

Devin Nunes is a traitor. I wonder what WikiLeaks has on *him*, eh? I mean, they hacked the RNC servers, did they not? Funny how so many Republicans are scurrying to kill this investigation, isn’t it?

    • Posted by Christopher O'Neil, at Reply

A lot of their top stars ( Trey Gowdy today, Chaffets a few months back etc.. ) seem to be jumping ship too…. Interesting.

  11. Posted by kristabella222, at Reply

Nunes and the other Republicans who are trying so hard to stall or discredit this investigation must be scared shitless of what’s going to come out. Why don’t they just let it play out if there is nothing to hide?

If Trump is truly innocent (and he knows he’s innocent), why would he need to be asking for loyalty pledges from people within the JP?

I mean….if there’s no conclusive evidence, why would Trump be so panicky? If it were me (and I knew I didn’t do anything wrong), I’d be happily sipping a cup of tea while the rest of the world wastes countless hours digging for evidence that isn’t there. Instead, Trump (and now the Republicans) seem hell bent on not only discrediting the FBI, but stopping the Mueller investigation any way they can.

Why? Give me a reason for why it’s so imperative that we suddenly stop Mueller from doing what he’s done for a living for decades?

And more the point, where were the Republicans with their doubts about the honesty of the FBI when Hillary was under investigation?

+sixstanger You said “If Trump is truly innocent (and he knows he’s innocent), why would he need to be asking for loyalty pledges from people within the JP? ”
You eluded to the answer in one of your other questions when you said “And more the point, where were the Republicans with their doubts about the honesty of the FBI when Hillary was under investigation?”

Where have you been? It was the FBI’s fake investigation into Hillary that caused Trump to ask Comey about loyalty in the first place. It should be clear to anyone with a brain that the FBI did in fact skew that investigation in Hillary’s favor. Comey laid out the facts, but refused to recommend prosecution because Lynch had already made it clear that was not going to happen. The fix was in.

It’s biased…in favour of the truth. And again, reality has a liberal bias.

Since “discrediting the FBI” didn’t work out so well for the right and alt-right, these are their last straws they are gasping for in their pathetic attempt to bring down the investigation into Drumf. Sad.

Love how many trolls come out to defend their Lord Trump. Fantastic!

  16. Posted by Michael Coville, at Reply

George W. Bush and Richard Nixon’s living relatives can breathe a sigh of relief. They won’t go down in history as the dumbest or most corrupt Presidents ever. As for John F. Kennedy and Bill Clinton, they won’t go down in history for having the most public sex scandals as President. Trump is doing all the former Presidents with black marks against their names a favor by being far and away the worst person to ever hold that office.

Don’t think, just obey Trump. Do it for Freedom.

  18. Posted by Kåre Wijk, at Reply

The type of ethical and moral decrepitude that one affiliates with Trump is one that functions as cornerstones when building your autocratic police state. Loyalty above all to the sworn leader is another. It doesn’t matter how the question is asked or how it is perceived as long as it is asked with intent. “Are you on the team” can be interpreted multifacetly and have many meanings, but only one intent.

Sean nope we love nunes and will continue to vote for the patriot

Trump cultist don’t get to decide the law. If Russia collusion was indeed a hoax, as they assert, then Trump should have let it play out and clear him. He didn’t. Instead, he went out of his way to obstruct Justice. Trump cultists may not know this… But you can’t do that, even if the initial crime was nonexistent. Even if there was no crime, you cannot obstruct investigators from doing their job. You cannot say they weren’t technically doing their job because there was no crime… That is not your call to make.

Maybe Russia collusion is completely fake and it was never any such thing. Maybe that’s absolutely true. But obstruction of justice is very real…. And guess what the evidence points to in this case?
