Trump cannot keep his tale straight. Cenk Uygur, host of The Young Turks, breaks it down. Tell us exactly what you assume in the comment section listed below.

" Head of state Trump on Sunday said he did not talk about brand-new UNITED STATE assents against Moscow with Russian Head of state Vladimir Putin, negating Assistant of State Rex Tillerson.

" Permissions were not gone over at my conference with Head of state Putin. Nothing will be done until the Ukrainian & Syrian problems are addressed!" Trump tweeted Sunday morning.

Assents were not discussed at my conference with Head of state Putin. Nothing will certainly be done up until the Ukrainian & Syrian problems are solved!

Tillerson, nonetheless, informed press reporters Friday that Trump told Putin that U.S. legislators were promoting new permissions on Russia, inning accordance with the Washington Post." *.

Jamie Cox Just like your account. Trump is a moron, but so are you Russian conspiracy theorists. There’s a thousand and one other issues to go at him over and you picked this one, congrats.

some of us have evolved beyond one track minds, it’s called multi tasking where you can entertain and handle multiple issues at once. the russian ‘conspiracy’ as you put it isn’t a conspiracy at all fool. evn trump admitted to it and donald jr on the collusion aspect.

but i guess you wouldn’t know that having only a single thought process at a time. don’t worry though, us multi-threaded multi-taskers will take care of it for you.

Still offering NO EVIDENCE of Russian medalling Cenk??¬† I’m no fan of Trump but TYT seems even more pathetic then Trump (that’s saying something)

    • Posted by Kikasitsu, at Reply

Or the fact that Donald Trump Jr. ADMITTED that he met with Russian personnel on JUNE 9th of last year?

    • Posted by LeCrazyCanuckEh, at Reply

LOL Kikasitu That’s no evidence of election medalling and FYI previous administrations have done it too

    • Posted by P1ranh4, at Reply

LeCrazyCanuckEh you must be very confident if you double defend this. There’s no evidence but in case we can prove it to you others have done it too… So? Look away? Let’s forget there’s a lying criminal in the white house? What kind of shitty defense is this?

You denialists are hilarious. Let’s see what comes out, the evidence is mounting slowly, maybe too slowly for you to notice, but Trump and his administration are backed into a corner more and more

    • Posted by LeCrazyCanuckEh, at Reply

What’s truly hilarious is that there is ALWAYS “a lying criminal in the white house” and “you denialists are hilarious” P1ranh4!¬† FYI there is a lot of evidence of election medalling from Israel in multiple elections (but you ignore that?)¬† I got to ask are you 15 or something?

    1. Russia didn’t get “involved” in our elections.
    2. Whoever revealed the truth about the DNC should get the Congressional Medal of Freedom for service to our country.
    3. Sanctions on Russia hurt American companies like John Deere, who cannot sell their equipment there.
    4. Russia will simply get all their “stuff” from China. No more US dollars needed!
U.S. sanctions on Russia are extremely counterproductive .

The turdball wants to lift the sanctions on Russia, so he and Putin can put in to effect all of the business plans they discussed before the elections. Trump’s presidency is one his get rich schemes, not one that can benefit the country.

      Alex da Vinci Well said.

    • Posted by Kosh 963, at Reply

??? It’s¬†US/Wall¬†Street¬†oil companies that want to get their hands on Russia undeveloped oil & resources and the $500B oil deal is mainly based on selling Russia–¬†¬†Western¬†oil recovery & exploration equipment…¬†¬† But, they also have Their “Drill Baby Drill” Republicans, too.

Notice how Trump mentioned Ukraine in that tweet? Hmmmm! What was that country again that Putin has been trying to slowly invade over the las few years to make an incredibly profitable shipping lane for Russia? Oh yeah, I think it was called UKRAINE!

As much as I detest Trump, I believe his tweet regarding sanctions was about lifting them, which to me seems like he won’t until those issues are resolved.

    • Posted by MithraMusic, at Reply

    • Posted by Snakeye808, at Reply

Trump already tried everything he could to ease sanctions against Russia. That’s what was he was actually trying to do on day 1 instead following through on any of his empty promises. Fortunately the Senate voted 97-2 on it to block Trump’s efforts. That’s because no one in the Senate, unlike Trump, has to do whatever Russia wants because they’re owned by Putin.

    • Posted by parrjj01, at Reply

Yep, I agree, but he doesn’t and apparently now it’s the job of the media and the people to interpret what he meant. Which I did.

  16. Posted by Leon Powe, at Reply

Could the president just not remember what the White House plans are? The fact that he constantly contradicts decisions that were just made in his best interest with something that is not in his best interest could be an indication he can’t remember short-term events and discussions.

    • Posted by The Independent Thinker, at Reply

Leon Powe Nice excuse but far more likely his ego is on the line and placing sanctions of Russia would be 100% proof that he was wrong and Russia did actually interfere with elections. Everything for Trump is about him first not everyone else…it’s extreme narcissism and lack of conscience for the reality which makes him tweet absurd stuff only he finds normal like working with Russia for cyber unit.

  17. Posted by Worrywart, at Reply

I’m sure Trump will never, never do business with Russians again. Or at least not before next Monday.
