This would be an insanely stupid move, even for him. Which means he’s gonna do it.

The same way Comey could be impartial having donated to John McCain and Mitt Romney.

Well he’s shot himself in the face before. Usually involving twitter.

Trump is a one-trick pony; “say anything, to get what you want – do the opposite.”
Then attack anyone who doesn’t like it. This tactic doesn’t even require much intelligence.

    • Posted by Jason Bladzinski, at Reply

+Melissa Buffaloe Which has nothing to do with Trump’s administration nor the election. It has even less to do with Russian collusion.

  2. Posted by Jamie Cox, at Reply

not surprising at all, and I’m sure he will most assuredly lie and say it has nothing to do with the Russia investigation initially, but will then say after the firing, that he didn’t like how Mueller was handling the Russian investigation! We all know what that means. #illiterategate

Spying ,undermining democracy ,funding ngo’s ,globalism and signing treaties which undermine US sovereignty….basically for being a traitor the punishment is execution.

    • Posted by Jamie Cox, at Reply

+Walter Is that ur biased opinion, or has he been tried by a court of his peers and found guilty?

    • Posted by Justin Shim, at Reply

Walter you idiots on ALL sides. NEED to realize there’s only ONE relevant definition of “treason” here and it’s the one in Article III of the Constitution. in short, the US MUST have an enemy for treason to even BE a sustainable charge, I.e. we HAVE to be at war. since the US is NOT at war as the Supreme Court has interpreted that section, NO ONE is or even CAN BE guilty of treason at the moment. try READING next time, it will make you look like WAY less of a moron.
OR try THIS on for size: even the Rosenbergs, who were EXECUTED for espionage were NOT convicted of treason. why? because the country was not in a state of active hostilities with the Soviets or ANYONE else at the time. unless the Supreme Court sees fit to overturn precedent, even selling weapons DIRECTLY to ISIS does not and CANNOT make you a traitor (their ruling was that ONLY Congress can declare war. the post-9/11 AUMF probably does NOT count.)
better yet, ask yourself THIS. Why aren’t US citizens charged with “providing material support to terrorists” charged with treason instead? probably because the government does NOT think the courts will allow such charges. you can CERTAINLY disagree, but YOUR opinion is irrelevant.

Not smart. It’s only both delaying the inevitable and making him look more guilty of a crime. If the administration has nothing to hide, why fire people investigating them about it?

    • Posted by Economic Sombrero, at Reply

CrazySeanDX they live in the moment, living it up. big money big cars. what will inevitably happen doesnt matter, republicans and the donalds just wanna have fun for now

  4. Posted by Nylphinx, at Reply

Wow!!! There must be something to this investigation if they’re considering doing this. Firing the very next person in charge of the Russia inquiry is HUGE red flag. These unpatriotic Republicans are trying to cover for Trump and it’s pathetic, it’s “Party above of the Nation”

+Despicably Irascible Rapscallion What obstruction of justice? It’s amazing what the TYT audience is willing to believe without evidence.

    • Posted by Rick Papineau, at Reply

You do recall that 45 fired the guy investigating this issue, yes? Firing Director Comey IS obstruction of justice, because it obstructs justice from being served, even if no collusion would ever be found.

    • Posted by Enkarashaddam, at Reply

Rick Papineau I would say that it’s immediate effect wouldn’t necessarily obstruct justice, however Trumps predilection for installing patsies is the more serious issue.

Any Democrat would be impeached by now if there were this kind of evidence against them.

    • Posted by David Stone, at Reply

I can’t remember his name atm but there was a former republican congressman who said the exact same thing. That if he were in office and a democrat did the things that Trump did he would be leading the charge to impeach.

I can’t believe I’m still asking this, but can someone actually be _that_ dumb? I feel like PT Barnum is president, and that President Barnum keeps reminding his supporters that there’s truly a sucker born every minute. He couldn’t possibly expose the corruption in DC any better if he tried.

    • Posted by Brandon Cawley, at Reply

jamin4556 Lol. I’m sorry, are the two biggest nuclear superpowers not supposed to communicate with each other? You DO realize Bill Clinton met with Putin all the time back when NO ONE CARED! Why don’t you talk about more proveable Saudi/Israeli influence of Puppet Trump. Becaue that has direct evidence out in he open. Unlike this useless Russia attack, that hurts the legitmacy if the Democratic party. He’s only a puppet to the Military Industrial Complex, the Deep State, the CIA, and Wall Street, and the banks, Silicon Valley, Israel, Saudi Arabia, Britain, and the EU, The Council of Foreign Relations, and the Bilderberg group, and the Secret Societies, etc. like every other president. Not Putin. They have their own interests seperate from the U.S.. A set of more national, less GLOBAL interests. Our relations with Russia are worse than the Cold war, stop trying to start a nuclear apocolypse. We NEED to talk to them, and the people need to form a coalition against Trump opposing his Goldman Sachs(Gary Cohn, Steve Mnuchin)/Rothschild & Co. (Wilbur Ross) bought Cabinet that are in charge of our currency again, AND just deregulated wall street again! Just like Bill Clinton!! While all your eyes were on this Russia invesigation nonsense. And don’t kid yourself, thats all this ever was, a big distraction from the serious system issues that need to be changed, that hurt the corporate democrats (and Republican Nei-Con warmongerers Lindsey Graham and John McCain), which is why they want to focus on this Russia hysteria because this TRUE corruption with Trump touches them too!

    • Posted by Wordavee1, at Reply

      Brandon Cawley
Yes they should communicate, but in an open and public manner, not in secret, not lying about meetings, and not when the President has financial dealings with Russian banks!

    • Posted by Nume Moon, at Reply

I wondered during the campaign if he was the Manchurian candidate for the Clintons.

Old Donnie must have a sh*t ton of stuff he doesn’t want anyone to know about. I’m thinking it has to do with money.

    • Posted by Grand Wonder, at Reply

It’s definitely has to do with money, which he gets paid in the form of Russian rubles! That’s why he refuses to release his tax returns despite saying he would like a hundred times — because the investigation would show he collaborated with the Russians in not only to steal the election from Hillary but he is involved in money laundering and drug dealings with the Russians as well!

  15. Posted by Ohy, at Reply

if Trump fires Mueller it is an indirect full admission of guilt

  16. Posted by Jenny McIntosh, at Reply

But Comey said Trump wasn’t under investigation, what are you people talking about?
And then you use CNN as a source OMG I can’t even. Russia! Russia! Russia!
You people have become more insane than Alex Jones.

    • Posted by Jenny McIntosh, at Reply

Conspiracy theory nonsense, if you people aren’t careful you’ll still be crying about “Russian collusion” right up until the next election in 2020 and Trump will win again. I warned you people about this last year that by calling Trump a racist, bigot, sexist Islamophobe. I said that people were sick of being falsely labelled those things by Liberals and that Trump would win. But you didn’t listen, instead you doubled down and Cenk made 500 “Loser Donald” segments. You live in a fantasy land and an echo chamber, that is why Cenk and everyone else at TYT had a colossal screaming meltdown on election night.
