A White Nationalist that was implicated of assaulting a young African-American militant at a Trump rally is now taking legal action against Trump, stating that Trump provoked the violence that the guy committed. Cenk Uygur, Francis Maxwell, as well as Hannah Cranston, the hosts of The Young Turks, break it down. Tell us what you assume in the comment area listed below.

Find out more here:

" We've been tracking the shenanigans of potential white nationalist leader Matthew Heimbach because he was a trainee at Townson State running a self-styled "White Trainee Union" and also interfering with a 2013 CPAC outbreak group "Trump The Race Card: Are You Tired Being Called A Racist When You Know You're Not One?"

The strange thing right here is that "Trump" probably isn't really a reference to the now-President since this was back in 2013. Trump clearly had some account as a birther at that point. But it was long before he revealed he was running for Head of state and also not someone so famous that any individual would use his name as a pun by doing this." *.

White boys.. always attacking the defenseless.  If he did that to a black male or a Mexican he wouldn’t have a MAGA hat on his head, he’d have maggots crawling out of his head.

You interjected race into the discussion and you made disparaging remarks about whites in general. I’m calling you out on that. What now.

Gee whatever happened to “personal responsibility” that Conservatives always go on about?

If Trump accidentally dropped bombs on S.Korea instead of N.Korea he would still blame Obama. Or tell the South Koreans to sue Mattis.

Dude needs to take responsibility for his own actions.

I can attest to that. I’ve seen footstools with more intelligence than those “people,” though I use the term loosely when it comes to bigots.

How typical. A whiny, mealy-mouthed bully when he is held accountable for his actions, but Mr. tough guy when he’s in a dump rally being a bully.
    Trump voters to the core.

Trump should be held to account for inciting violence at his rallies

    • Posted by Jason Lee, at Reply

I don’t think that idiot should not face consequences for his own actions. But Trump deserves blame for inciting the actions as you could make a case for him being an authority figure at his own rallies.

    • Posted by God of destruction, at Reply

Jason Lee I agree with you but I think they both should face consequences for Trump for egging it on and the guy for putting his hands on that woman but Trump did say that he will pay for the legal fees if they got sued or got arrested or something

    • Posted by rs ss, at Reply

Jason, Trump said he would lower taxes and he is. to the tune of tens of millions in savings for HIMSELF. Man the trumpanzees must be tired of all this winning.

They are both responsible. Trump definitely encouraged this behavior. However, he didn’t hold a gun to his head. There were thousands of individuals there that did not follow Trump’s commands. So, he is responsible for his own actions. Trump is responsible for creating an environment of group think that confused the nitwit into thinking he had the power to override Black people’s rights.

    • Posted by syphe101, at Reply

They are not both responsible. Only the assaulter is.

I can say for you to do something. You don’t know me. If you listen and do as I say, am I responsible for the outcome? No.

I would be responsible if I ‘forced’ you to do something(threat, bribe, coercion). But if I’m just suggesting an action…..you have the power to ignore.

The only way I can see Trump being partly responsible is if we as a society appreciate the fact that he is a public figure who holds more sway than the regular person – meaning his words legally can influence the public. I can see an argument being made for this.

The distinction is this guy assaulted a MINOR. A youth, a child, and the Young Turks are aware that MSM regularly categorizes black youth and children as adults, and calls 30 something-year-old white men, as youths etc. So they need to check themselves.

The difference here is that BLM doesn’t promote violence, whereas Donald Trump did promote violence

    • Posted by Chris Ossman, at Reply

    • Posted by CLRaider, at Reply

@Chris Ossman I see your point and I respect you for explaining this to me without the insults. 🙂 thank you. you gave me something to think about.

Listen CL… I was pointing out that the term ‘ pigs in a blanket’ is not a term that is promoting violence. The FACT that there are numerous videos online, wherein it shows countless unarmed people of color being gunned down or choked to death, does and will inspire a lot of feelings of anger that will be expressed in MANY DIFFERENT WAYS. Maybe you should stop being so butt-hurt when people point their opinions out to you.

    • Posted by CLRaider, at Reply

@dallas why you keep saying my name twice? and i’m not butt hurt. I was making a point that you being rude is such a childish behavior and you can’t get anything done by acting like a child. unless you are a child then i’m wasting my breath. you calling me butt hurt? you are the one that went mad over a simple quesiton “do I have to make videos to show you” you could have easily got your point across without that foolishness. insults, being rude is not the same thing as forming an opinion. learn how to tell the difference.

    • Posted by Dallas Smith, at Reply

Listen CL CL CL… I don’t waste my time with apparent idiots. Go watch the Kardashians or something ok? You don’t belong in this conversation. Seriously…Buy a vowel, because your brain is seriously missing something. Don’t bring your emotional insecurities at me, or I will verbally skewer you.

  13. Posted by Lee O, at Reply

Cenk makes sense. Trump said he’d pay if they break the law. BLM Leaders have never condoned or supported violence.
Comparing the two is what Tomi Lauren would do.

I’d ask the dude for you but unfortunately he’s dead while trying to kill cops.

    • Posted by Lee O, at Reply

So let me get this straight, you have absolutely no proof that BLM Leaders said anything at all that could have incited his actions?
Is there anything that made you think BLM Leaders were to blame?

    • Posted by Jason R, at Reply

      +Lee O
Proof? They wanted dead cops! They said it, and this guy delivered. Isn’t that the same thing as what you’re accusing the tangerine tornado of?

    • Posted by Lee O, at Reply

You just said you can’t prove that any Leader from BLM said that.

    • Posted by Jason R, at Reply

Is that what I said or is that what you want to hear. Can you give me proof there wasn’t a leader from BLM present during this repulsive chant?

No bud, you comitted the violence, not Trump. Now learn a lesson in personal responsibility the hard way.

    • Posted by TheRefractingOne, at Reply

Source? I may have outdated info, but last I remembered, Trump said he was “looking into” covering legal fees of supporters involved in rally violence, which is different from comitting to paying said fees.

+Bonesaw is ready That clip seems limited to both the Iowa rally and the battering of individuals who were going to throw tomatoes. Neither of those contextual conditions were fulfilled by pushing a black man at a Kentucky rally, so I’m still pretty sure that the court won’t rule in favor of this guy.

    • Posted by Electric, at Reply

TheRefractingOne They both did. Just listen closely to what Trump said at the very end of the clip. Does it ring a bell? “In the old days” (probably referring to the times where slavery existed)
