The Hill reported that Beristain's wife and also good friends all chose Trump, never ever anticipating that their close friend would certainly be among individuals shuttled out of the country.

Beristain was a cook at Eddie's Steak Shed in Granger for many years, yet functioned his means up and eventually purchased the restaurant himself.

" I mean, he appeared below with just the t shirt on his back as well as he's a restaurant proprietor Two Decade later on. and also he worked his butt off to obtain there," claimed Beristain's friend Matt Leliaert.

I feel bad saying this because my own father voted for Trump but as a general rule if you vote for Trump AND suffer as a result of his presidency it is kind of poetic justice. Sad that her husband had to face the price.

And possibly kill the woman’s, but you don’t care about that right. Beside it’s against human liberties to force a human to use their body and health to literally create another person. Get with the times.

Scalpking47 ….. did I say that??? I don’t think I did, but to clarify, I said the immigration laws are racist/bias laws and not worth fighting for or preserving they were created by a bunch of racist corrupt lawmakers anyway…. we need real fair immigration reform and a new congress

    • Posted by MrMagoo, at Reply

Scalpking47, I showed your comment to my wife and she actually teared up. She said that it was heart breaking how insensitive and cruel some men are. She hoped that young ladies aren’t duped by someone so horrible.
I fear for these young women who sincerely fall in love with someone who turns out to be a psychopath like you.

nope still dont feel bad for her. i feel bad for her husband but not her. if she didnt understand this is a clear purge of hispanics then that’s her fault, your husband is the one who paid the price unfortunately.

+Aleksanteri Isengard. Oh yeah, because other countries that don’t have illegal immigrants, or at least not on the same scale, just don’t function at all. How will the human race EVER function if we all don’t have people who come into other countries illegally? Obviously there’s a reason that there’s a process for getting into the U.S.

    • Posted by dub2459, at Reply

rouge1ful its not a purge of Hispanics…only the illegal ones

+zech <-- What the hell does welfare have to do with immigrants? First off, only citizens have access to welfare. Also, immigrants have the lowest unemployment rates of any group in the country. They also have the lowest crime rates of any group. They use the least amount of government resources and contribute the most per capita. You want to talk innovation? Steve Jobs was the son of a Syrian refugee and contributed enough to this country to make up for all slacking immigrants for an eternity. A disproportionate number of our top companies were started by immigrants or children of immigrants. If you follow the facts, anybody interested in economics, or morality, would encourage immigration. The only reason to be against immigration is racism.

    • Posted by susynoid, at Reply

+zech <-- You must be talking about yourself. I layed out the facts while you chose to drown in ignorance.

sunshizzleyou – sure that’s a fair question (that picture was from 14 years ago)…there are several polls that show this. These are results from an AP/Ipsos poll from 2007 that I found: — 34 percent of conservatives have not read a book within the past year, compared with 22 percent of liberals and moderates.— Among those who had read at least one book, conservatives “typically read eight” books in the past year. Liberals read nine, moderates five.— “By slightly wider margins, Democrats tended to read more books than Republicans and independents. There were no differences by political party in the percentage of those who said they had not read at least one book.”

You can also run a cross tabulation of variables from GSS with variables like polviews and newsfrom, which shows that conservatives significantly identify television more as their main source of news and information. You do not need SPSS or any other software you have to buy, you can do this for free with SDA Berkeley.

Dave Miller, Yes because are liberals don’t have a job and all conservative republicans work for everyone else right? Statistics show that democrats are more educated than conservatives. All welfare states in the US are conservative republican.

    • Posted by Artaneius, at Reply

TBH healthcare and others was a mistake that took away responsibility from families. You should take care of your own not expect others to.

    • Posted by TheLastSane1, at Reply

@Artaneius You do realize Medicare, Medicad are both socialized forms of medical assistance. The healthy pay for the sick, so when the sick is then made healthy they can also pay for the sick. Say you have people in the system. At first all are paying into the system it works great. 2 get sick and cannot work, the other three, plus what was in the system from their time paying into it helps them get better. Those two get better and go back to work helping pay into the system, now when another 1 or 2 of the five get sick those two newly healthy people help them out by paying into the system to hopefully get those people healthy enough to go back to work.

Think of it more like a circle of friends, you help out a buddy because he is your friend, he in turn helps out another of your friends, and that guy helps you out because your friends. Each of you are getting something out of it, so none of you are being completely cut out.

I get it, the kids lose there dad and that is messed up, but the stupid lady voted to kick her husband out of this country. He is gone because of her and now she has to deal with it. I can’t feel for her cuz no one else counts till it hits home.

    • Posted by Liq Ma'diq, at Reply

No, he’s gone because he came here illegally.

    • Posted by Rob Howard, at Reply

I did NOT say he was legal, She voted for the man that took action kicking him out of this country. So far this so called Prez has done nothing but “LIE” to everyone that voted for him and in front of our eyes did everything possible to make himself and his family MONEY!! Her illegal husband checked into ICE routinely. New Prez comes in and the first thing they do is kick out the “EASY” targets like him. She should have seen that coming.

    • Posted by Biplav Shrestha, at Reply

Indiana would have voted Red anyway so her vote doesn’t count at all.

    • Posted by greenjelly01, at Reply

I’m sure they still don’t see why it is wrong. They just want their guy to get back, and they want to keep sending others out. They are not just stupid, they are selfish.

    • Posted by Liq Ma'diq, at Reply

In Russia if you’re an illegal immigrant you have to serve jail time before you’re deported.
In Italy you get fined $10,000-15,000, have to serve jail time, and of course get deported.
In China they offer a cash reward for any illegal immigrant reported. (of course they get deported)
In Mexico they deport so many people that they accidentally deport their own citizens 5% of the time.
      But america…
      you just get deported.
      so you’re welcome.

    • Posted by Tori Jones, at Reply

Liq Ma’diq. Sometimes ICE doesn’t check that well into someone’s status and US citizens are also deported. The US citizens that are normally deported are homeless, are mental disabled, or have mental health problems. Usually a combination of these.
