" Former Colorado Republican celebration chairman Steve Curtis, 57, has actually been charged with citizen scams as well as forgery, district attorneys claim.

Curtis, an AM radio talk show host, showed up Tuesday in Weld Region District Court, where he was advised that he encounters two matters in the case: imitation, a Course 5 felony, and also violation voter fraudulence.

Weld Area Lawyer's spokesman Tyler Hill validated the fees, however claimed he could not talk about details of the allegations, which were first reported by KDVR-Channel 31.

However a criminal issue submitted Feb. 1 states the forgery charge originates from "intent to defraud" a female on the 2016 general election mail-in tally. The complaint claims Curtis lives in Aurora." *.

Ghostdini Stark Any law that discriminates against LGBT. I believe SD now has a new one, the Blue Lives Matter Law down in LA, civil forfeiture laws, and to an extent, the 13th Amendment and Affirmative Action.

B McD – it’s worse than that. It’s akin to somebody stealing, who also very publicly decries others stealing. Unfortunately, conservatives care less about hypocrisy, than liberals do.

People that scream about things the loudest are usually the ones committing it.

    • Posted by Malu Lolo, at Reply

Sprax nah, i don’t think this is reliable way to detect people who might be criminals. That is like saying attorneys who protect consumers are secretly corporations. Or that people who are against racism are secretly KKK members

    • Posted by Midnightblink, at Reply

Well… lawyers ARE a corporation, and it’s pretty common for REALLY “anti-racist” people to be so “anti-racist” that they become “reverse racist”, otherwise known as just racist. Just look at BLM, while I agree with the CONCEPT of BLM, a lot of the major members of BLM are absolutely “reverse racist”.

    • Posted by Vanessthebest, at Reply

^ ^ Disagree with that. I’ve been following Shaun King for years on his twitter page. If you google it he’s
      a very interesting guy.

    • Posted by Matthew Milliken, at Reply

Vanessthebest he’s not wrong. I’ve been a long time advocate against police brutality and racial profilong. I supported BLM when they first appeared as I agreed with the message but now….
the message is just like feminism. they say they want equality when really it’s just superiority and anyone not like them is against them. went to a BLM protest once to join the cause. I was harrassed, called a fake, a spy, an undercover snitch, saying I was there just to start something. tried talking with them but nobody wanted to hear it from me. so I left and never went back. if blacks want black lives to matter they need to realize were all in this together. we form a symbiote circle. what happens to one effects the other. all lives matter probably stemmed from this.

    • Posted by Malu Lolo, at Reply

Midnightblink i don’t think lawyers qualify as corporations, and while you might have a point about BLM I just don’t think that “if someone is against something they are secretly for it” is a consistent and reliable way to guess someone’s real intentions. I mean I am against money in politics, does that mean I am a corrupt politician? Or if someone is against pollution, are they secretly for it? Or if someone is against the death penalty, are they secretly a serial killer?

I just think think it is one of those snippets of “conventional wisdom” that is complete nonsense, imo.

If a republican is strongly against something you can almost always be sure they’re doing it.

    • Posted by charna crews, at Reply

Like Trump and all his supporters wanting to lock Hillary up for something his own cabinet member is guilty of, not to mention all the lying, conning and stealing trump has done.

    • Posted by TheGreatMoonFrog, at Reply

It’s because they know how effective those tactics are.

    • Posted by Desertphile, at Reply

If a republican is strongly against something you can almost always be sure they’re doing it. EXCEPT BEING PRO-LIFE.

    • Posted by bdawggification, at Reply

Well thats a whole different kind of hypocrisy they have being “pro-life” while not supporting things like contraception, Obamacare, comprehensive sex education, and even maternity leave, all things that reduce abortion rates. They’re not pro-life, they’re pro-birth. There even many cases where conservative women who end up in that situation choose abortion and then later demonize other women that do the same. Or “pro-life” conservative men want whoever they get pregnant to terminate the pregnancy They’re often the party of I don’t care until it happens to me. They somehow rationalize it in their head, how? I don’t know.

look at Debbie schulz. there’s proof beyond all doubt she rigged the primary against bernie in favor of hillary, she did far more than voter fraud and all that happened was she was forced to resign (noticed not fired)

    • Posted by C Card, at Reply

He was right about voterfraud. He was so sure because he himself voted fraudulently. But thought he could never be caught and bragged that the democrats did it. This shows the level of hypocrisy of trump supporters. #Shameless trumptards

    • Posted by Dumdumdumdum Dum, at Reply

Not just Trump and his voters but the republican party as a whole. We can call them hypocrites but they don’t care if they are or aren’t.

Reminds me of when Bill Clinton was impeached for lying to congress about getting a BJ from another woman instead of Hillary. Meanwhile the Republicans that were leading the charge the most were just about all involved in extramarital affairs at that same time. Hell, Newt Gingrich is now married to his mistress from then.

he wasn’t impeached. They voted to impeach him but they later acquitted him meaning he was never actually impeached. No president has ever been impeached except Andrew Johnson was one vote short from being impeached which is the closest any president has gotten to actually being impeached.
