      And your point is?
The Patriot act deals with what information government agencies can collect.
ISP’s can now sell all the info they have on you to literally anyone they like.
      Can you see the difference?

Jim–that was indeed Wapo, but it’s no longer that paper. It was bought in 2014 for the surprisingly low price of 125 million by Amazon creep and second richest man in the world, Jeff Bezos. Bezos has little integrity as we saw with his paper’s treatment of Bernie Sanders during the primary process.

Still, I noted in another comment here how you check the validity of the story. How does Prince respond? What does the White House say? This is a very checkable story.

Antonio Capone… This is the kind of statement that makes my head explode. Wanna discuss Clinton selling uranium to Russia. Shut up- they are as freaking corrupt as Trump.

    • Posted by Ellis James, at Reply

Clinton never sold anything to Russia. That myth has been debunked long ago. What authority would Clinton have to sell uranium to Russia?. She was only Sec. of State, that have to be approved by Congress.

    • Posted by MRostendway, at Reply

Ellis James Actually as sec. of state she was one of the people who were responsible of selling the urianium. Im fact her corrupt foundation received 145 mil in donations from Russians connected to the deal. Does this mean she is a russian spy? no. It just goes to show that nearly all u.s businessmen and politicians have connections with russians at some point and its ridiculous to assume collusion everytime a russian is brought up.

It blows my minds that his supporters are either unaware or don’t care that he has ties with Russia at this point. I used to think that there was no evidence, up until the frequency of the DNC hacks, Flynn’s resignation, and scores of his other cabinet members having either financial ties or covert meetings with Russian officials. You don’t even have to be a Left-winger to know at least suspect he had some type of collusion with them. The evidence just keeps gathering up at this point and none of the Alt-right or his supporters have any refutation for the evidence.

    • Posted by CLureCo, at Reply

      +MRostendway ,
      No,that’s fact.
Why is it you russian cucks are so ignorant?
Do you really think we can’t see you??

    • Posted by google+exgreecian, at Reply

If you mind is blown, you don’t understand how people’s minds work. When you hold religiously to a system of beliefs for a long time (and, over time, these beliefs seem to reward and re-enforce your aligned reasons for choosing said belief system) then when some new information challenges these beliefs (irrespective of whether there is a new champion for your belief system), you tend to evaluate this new challenge as instead an opportunity exercise in finding strong positions to refute the new information and even practice your new positions with negative feedback by rebutting the new information to friends and passersby. The practice of rebuttal is critical to reforming your original position, which is now strengthened in a way that allows for a range of new cognitive dissonance within your system of beliefs.

In past times (ha, I mean, before the late 90s), you’d have to do personal research to process new information or wait for new more comprehensive news to filter in, and this would take time, and time pondering whether to take new positions or to reform your belief system in a stronger way. Now, many place absolute trust in news sources aligned with a belief system, and processing of new challenging news can happen for many in a matter of seconds (through religious trust placed in punditocracy), instead of the healthy process that used to take someone days, weeks, or months to parse out. You could simply point the finger at Breitbart (FOXnews, etc.) as a culprit in the formation of cognitive dissonance, but without alt left/alt right news (upon which many people rely for their belief system), much information, such as that discussed above, may never get presented in the open. Certainly, Breitbart is a form of propaganda that aids the trump administration; appointing Bannon was no accident.

I can assure you erick Prince also met with arabs and russians during obamas presidency.
To take this meeting and somehow conclude that it proves trump has a deal with the russians is just absurd. Which is what cenk just did.

Everyone involved with Blackwater needs to be executed for treason, starting with Erik Prince. They chose their corporate profits over the the lives of American soldiers , not to mention the murdering of innocent Iraqi civilians. Where is the conservative outrage over his betrayal of the troops and America?

Now that Syria is bombing innocent people with chemical weapons, Donald Trump has that blood on his hands

    • Posted by Angel Santiago, at Reply

It was proven by the UN that the moderate rebels were the ones using chemical weapons years ago, of course it wasn’t reported in the U.S. Because it didn’t fit the narrative. Why would Assad use chemical weapons when he is winning the war to give a excuse for the U.S. to invade Syria. Yes Trump has blood in his hands but it is in Iraq with the Mosul campaign, not in Syria.
